Here at the Institute for Creation Research it is our mission to help support the local church through worship, edification, and evangelism. Through our events we strive to accomplish this mission through the following two primary ways, found from our Mission Statement:

• Help pastors lead, feed, and defend their flocks by providing scientific responses to secular attacks on the authority and authenticity of God's Word.
• Counter objections to the gospel by equipping believers with Scripture-affirming science

Over the last 55+ years, ICR's scientific experts have hit the road and presented at events all across the country, and even in other countries, showcasing how the scientific evidence really does support the Bible, from the very first verse. By hosting an ICR event in your church, you are enabling your church to get the answers to the questions that seem to put science and the Bible at odds. It is our aim that through these events we are able to encourage the saints of the local church that they can trust their Bible on whatever subject it speaks on, even the scientific ones.

Through the decades, our Founder, Dr. Henry Morris, enlisted others to join ICR's professional science staff, and many of them became widely known for both their writing and speaking. And that emphasis of communication continues now, with new faces and new voices heralding the same message: Jesus Christ is Creator and Lord. HOST AN ICR EVENT TODAY!

We know that each church has different needs, schedules, and abilities. So, we aim to make the event planning process with ICR as flexible as possible. By filling out the form above you will send your information to our team of Event Coordinators who are waiting to help you bring the truth of creation to your church. We'll walk with you every step of the way from initial point of contact all the way through to event conclusion discussions, doing our best to support you in your mission within your congregation. Through the years, we've assembled a few general categories that most events fit within to help guide the conversation, they are:

• Creation Seminar
  • A Creation Seminar will typically feature one or two speakers scheduled on a Saturday; sometimes with Sunday morning services.
• Creation Weekend
  • A Creation Weekend will typically feature one or two speakers scheduled over the course of a Friday - Sunday event.
• Creation Conference
  • A Creation Conference will feature several speakers from ICR (and sometimes also other ministry partners) over several days, often including breakout sessions for specialized learning opportunities. These events typically also feature an increased marketing presence and are themed offerings.
• In-Person / Virtual Classroom
  • These Classroom sessions allow you to bring the truth of creation science within your classroom. Because all of our speakers are local to the Dallas / Fort Worth metroplex, most of our in-person classroom events are also local to the metroplex. But, that doesn't mean those outside of DFW can't bring this important message to their school! We also offer virtual classroom opportunities where our speakers connect via videoconferencing software to the school, which is the next best thing to having an in-person event.

BRING AN ICR SPEAKER TO YOUR CLASSROOM TODAY!

We understand that finances play a big role in planning an event of any size, so we do our best to be completely upfront and transparent about costs for an event. ICR requires that all expenses incurred by our speaker(s) including (but not limited to): flights and baggage fees, hotels, rental cars, meals and tips, and any other mutually agreed upon event promotional campaigns will be reimbursed by the host organization. In addition to the reimbursement of expenses, ICR would request an honorarium of whatever amount the organization deems appropriate. We do not have any guidelines for gifts given as an honorarium, and would encourage you to seek the Lord's guiding in this matter.
