A Place of Excellence and Impact

Hi, I’m James Turner, ICR’s Media and Production Engineer. Over the last couple of years, it’s been anything but business-as-usual in this creation ministry. We’re all contributing our time, talents, and financial resources to make the ICR Discovery Center for Science and Earth History a place of excellence and impact. I’ve enjoyed the opportunity to produce sound effects for the Discovery Center’s T. rex and ambient noise for the Garden of Eden and Ice Age areas. As I’ve worked on these projects, it’s been fun to think about what life was like during these different times in history.

When the Discovery Center opens, visitors will encounter scientific evidence that empowers them in their Christian faith and understanding. I pray that those who are exposed to biblical truth for the first time will start asking important questions and be drawn to know more about the awesome wonders of our Creator.

My wife Julie and I plan to bring our two kids to visit as well. There’s so much we want to teach them about God’s Word and its application for daily life. The Discovery Center will present solid evidence that supports the truths we strive to instill.

But this Discovery Center isn’t just for ICR staff and our families. It’s not just for believers or skeptics. We’re building this for you. We’re building this for your kids, your friends, and your church community.

Will you donate to the Discovery Center so that we can open it next year?
