The recently released video of Planned Parenthood’s senior director of medical services extolling the virtues of selling the body parts of heinously aborted babies exposes a new level of callous wickedness. It has long been a stain on our country having to deal with the murder of millions of unborn children, but the obvious delight of this senior executive about the ease of supplying unborn body parts to a voracious “medical” market sickens me. Yes, our Lord knows about this and His mercy “is new every morning,” but I wonder how much longer God will restrain His judgment on a society that condones such atrocities. Perhaps our churches will recognize that it is “high time to awake out of sleep” (Romans 13:11) and strengthen the commitment to our ambassadorial role as the letters of our Lord Jesus that should be “known and read of all men” (2 Corinthians 3:2).
